RIGA is a young cultural and apolitical non-governmental organization that works on history and social sciences. Its goal is to link France, Transcaucasia and Eastern Mediterranean. Riga has been recognized of general interest by the French Ministry of Economy and Finances. Our specialists in HR, Communication, Marketing, International Partnership, Culture and Genealogy act in several languages and we offer an almost professional background to all of our volunteers.
